Founding
Waldemar Grabowski founds Office54 GmbH. He brings more than two decades of recruitment experience and has been recruiting skilled workers from Eastern Europe and Russian-speaking countries for many years.

Apprenticeship
Stefan Grabowski completes his apprenticeship as a personnel services specialist.
- 2024
New management
Stefan Grabowski, the founder’s son, becomes Managing Director. Together with his father, he continues the vision of giving people from abroad a chance in Germany.
