Order Picker, Fruit & Vegetables (m/f/d)
Picking fresh fruit and vegetables with Pick-by-Voice. Orders are put together for the individual stores and prepared for delivery.
- €15.33 gross per hour
- Full-time, approx. 40 hrs/week

We answer questions about the job on Telegram, WhatsApp or by phone. Also in Russian, Ukrainian, Polish and Romanian.
All jobs- Working hours
- Working days are generally Sunday to Friday. Saturday is off; in addition, you get one individually set day off during the week.
- Performance bonus
- If you exceed the set target, a bonus is paid on top of the hourly wage. Depending on your individual performance, an extra several hundred euros up to €1,000 or more per month is possible.
- Language
- Pick-by-Voice is available in German, English, Russian or Polish. You must speak at least one of these languages. You also need to know the numbers from 1 to 100 in German.
Collective-agreement surcharges
Depending on the hours actually worked, collective agreement (GVP) surcharges are paid in addition:
- +25 %Night work
- +50 %Sundays
- +100 %Public holidays
- +25 %Overtime
Accommodation and transport
Accommodation: If needed, €390 per person per month.
Travel to work: Where offered for the specific assignment, organised for €5 per working day for the round trip.
You will be employed officially in Germany under a German employment contract.
